Overall the item was fine .Installation/setup was very easy . Amazing job of packing for ocean transport . One issue is that the cord on the controller is too short and a nuisance to work with . Had I recognized this i probably would have chosen another item or model with a detached controller .

I got this hospital bed thinking it was just a bed. That is what they want you to think. No. This is not just a bed. This is a full electric command center that the global system forgot to hide. No. That is positional dominance over gravity itself. You are literally overriding the natural order. You are telling your spine you are in charge now. And I hear it. Not with my ears. With my bones. This is a war for your mind.

I find the adjustable height range—spanning from 17.7 to 29.5 inches—to be a highly practical design feature. At lower settings, getting in and out of bed is relatively easier; conversely, at higher settings, tasks such as providing care, changing linens, cleaning, or assisting with patient repositioning become significantly less physically demanding. This adjustable height capability makes a truly substantial difference, particularly for family caregivers who may need to perform these tasks multiple times throughout the day. The inclusion of a one-touch CPR function is another feature I consider vital. While it may not be utilized on a daily basis, having this capability offers far greater peace of mind than going without it; at the very least, it ensures that emergency response procedures can be executed more directly and efficiently should the need arise. We bought this bed for our mom, it has been very helpful throughout her recovery. It adjusts many different ways. Highly recommend if you are in need of a hospital bed.
